| Own Internet Domain | at original costs |
| If you want us to register a new Internet domain for your conference site, we will only charge what we are charged. Depending on the domain, this is typically in the order of 10-20 Euro per year. A cost free alternative would be to host your conference on a sub-domain of conference-service.com. |
| Maintenance: Update of "static" Information | free |
| If we host your conference site, we will update data that are nominally static (conference dates, venue and similar) up to three times per year without charge. |
