| abstract: The Fifteenth International School on Quantum Electronics "Laser Physics and Applications" will take place in September 2008 on the Black Sea coast. This is a traditional event, organized biennially since 1978 by the Institute of Electronics at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences with the purpose of providing a meeting place for researchers mainly from Eastern and Central European countries. Leading scientists are invited to deliver lectures on "hot" topics in the fundamentals of laser physics and applications of lasers. |
