Abstract	The Green Economy Initiative will create an inflection point in the global economy. The green manufacturing, service, and agriculture economies will demand the development of new skills, resulting in the need for job and educational training. There is tremendous opportunity in building an inclusive, green economy to provide jobs to workers with disabilities and lift disabled people out of poverty into economic self-sufficiency.
