Abstract	The 5th Latin American Conference on Lung Cancer will be an exciting time for lung cancer professionals from Latin America and around the world to share the most up-to-date information regarding the science and advances in the treatment of lung cancer. International and national speakers will participate in the Scientific Program and their presentations will provide a platform to discuss the latest developments in basic science and clinical treatment. The Conference will start with a pre-conference day which includes a half day anti-tobacco froum as well as a Young Investigator's Session, followed by a two-day meeting. The Scientific Program will feature basic and translational research, molecular diagnosis and prognostic factors, early diagnosis, targeted and individualized therapies, surgical and clinical management of lung cancer including radiotherapy and supportive care.
