Abstract	The aim of ICNFA'13 is to bring together the Canadian and International community working in the field of nanotechnology, and to foster an environment conducive to present advances in this field. Through the 4th conference a great opportunity to share knowledge and expertise will be created taking advantage from the synergy of the previous conferences. The ICNFA'13 program will include invited keynote talks, oral presentation sessions, and poster sessions.
