Abstract	Pharmaceutical companies across Europe are facing a series of emerging legislation aiming to prevent corruption and increase transparency within the industry. Although not expecting dramatic changes in the way companies do their business when new regulatory requirements will be in effect, with the goals of establishing a sustainable trust, avoiding negative publicity and possible cases of corruption and bribery, the industry is embracing transparency as a benefit and opportunity to achieve these aims. In order to strengthen the dialogue between stakeholders in the compliance areas of key concern, Fleming Europe is providing a platform for these multi-stakeholder discussions at its Prague meeting on CORPORATE COMPLIANCE & TRANSPARENCY IN VARIOUS EUROPEAN REGIONS.
