	abstract: At the closure of the 2006 edition in Antalya it has been announced that MWWD Conference’s series was continuing towards the 5th issue in 2008. After the preliminary evaluation the possibility of moving to other continents and other seas, it was decided to remain, at least once more, around the Mediterranean, and the possible seat in the Dalmatian coast of Croatia – Dubrovnik – has been presented The preliminary agreements with the Croatian Partners have been consolidated and the venue has been chosen in Cavtat, a nice town not far from the old city of Dubrovnik.
