The ESOR symposia are dedicated to physical organic chemistry in its broader sense. Physical organic chemistry has undergone a tremendous change in the last few decades. From being a well-defined research area, it has spread into most fields of organic chemistry and related areas (e.g., organometallic chemistry, biochemistry, macromolecular chemistry, nano chemistry and more).
