Abstract	The 2nd World Congress on Ga-68 (Generators and Novel Radiopharmaceuticals), Molecular Imaging (PET/CT), Targeted Radionuclide Therapy, and Dosimetry (SWC-2013) : On the Way to Personalized Medicine is being organized at the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Resarch (PGIMER), Chandigarh –India from 28th February-2nd March, 2013. This meeting is being hosted by the Department of Nuclear Medicine & PET, (PGIMER), Chandigarh-India and co-hosted by the University of Iowa, USA.
Topics	Over the 3-days Congress, we have arranged plenary lectures, invited talks and roundtable conferences by the world renowned experts in their respective fields. The Congress scientific program will comprise of different sessions on (1) Radionuclide Generators:: Present, and Future (2)68Ga Molecular Imaging: A Worldwide Experience (3) Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRNT) and other targeted therapies (4) Targeted Tumor Therapy with Alpha Emitters (5) Integration of Molecular Imaging, Radionuclide Therapy and Surgery: THERANOSTICS on the way to Personalized Medicine (6) Nanomedicine and Novel Approaches to Molecular Targeting (7) Preclinical Multimodality Molecular Imaging and its translational relevance in drug and tracers development. On the closing day, round-table meetings with the experts (clinicians, radio-chemists and physicists/radiation safety experts will be organized.The congress highlights and future directions will be presented and a media conference with the patients’ participation from India and abroad shall also be featured
