The European Association for Cancer Research (EACR) & EuCanImage

On the morning before our 2024 Congress begins, we are holding a specialised and free-to-attend EuCanImage workshop. Taking place between 09:00 and 14:00 CEST on Monday 10 June, this session will focus on the clinical and technical considerations of trustworthy Artificial Intelligence in multi-country oncology imaging, using experiences from The H2020 EuCanImage project as a basis for discussion.

The European Association for Cancer Research

The 2024 Annual Congress of the European Association for Cancer Research (EACR 2024) is a four day congress dedicated to basic, preclinical and translational cancer research across a wide breadth of topics. It will highlight the latest research and bring together the cancer research community to inspire innovation and build knowledge, connections and collaborations. The programme includes cutting-edge scientific talks on various topics, industry symposia and spotlights, educational sessions, meet-the-expert panels, career discovery sessions, and a vast poster display. Topics to be covered include: modulating the tumour microenvironment; drug resistance; mechanism-based clinical trials; precision cancer medicine in the post-genomic era; senescence, dormancy, and related cell states; metabolism and cancer; cell-based therapies; spatial analysis of tumours/spatial transcriptomics; mechanical forces of cancer; mechanisms of tumour metastases; targeting mitochondria in cancer; liquid biopsies; drugging tumour suppressor genes; imaging the tumour microenvironment; making cold tumours hot; drugging the RAS Pathway; modeling cancer; and aging, gender, and cancer.
