1.Around scattering by obstacles and billiards

Abstract	There exist several groups of mathematicians working on problems of obstacle scattering. The range of considered problems and methods used to solve them vary from one group to another. The purpose of the workshop is to bring together these communities in order to communicate different approaches and the latest results. The talks will be aimed at non-specialists.
