Lectures emphasize detailed wrist, hand, ankle, foot, toe, elbow, shoulder, hip, and knee joint discussions. The program includes anatomy and mechanisms of injury, and such representative topics as masses, synovial diseases, detailed shoulder and hip labral interpretation, and hip femoroacetabular impingement.

 Abstract The 2012 Abdominal Radiology Course will be held, March 25 – 30, 2012 at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Abdominal Radiology Course is a joint presentation of the Society of Gastrointestinal Radiologists and the Society of Uroradiology. The course encompasses the full range of activities that constitute contemporary abdominal radiology including: all methods of diagnostic imaging and radiologic intervention, with emphasis on state-of-the-art utilization, performance and interpretation; new and innovative approaches to abdominal and pelvic pathology; major issues, and common problems in gastrointestinal and genitourinary radiology; and assessment of major abdominal pathology with sessions devoted to exploring the latest imaging techniques utilized in evaluation of the genitourinary and gastrointestinal systems.

 Abstract "Image-Based Neurodiagnosis" is designed for the practicing radiologist, neurosurgeon, neurologist, or related specialist seeking a thorough review of advanced neuroimaging principles, anatomy, and exhaustive case material. Discussions of imaging strategies and new modalities will be correlated with a broad range of specific clinical images, focusing on the development of appropriate differential diagnoses and the distinctions that will aid in the resolution of clinical diagnostic dilemmas. This course will include both adult and pediatric entities, covering the range of subjects included in the American Board of Radiology?s Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Neuroradiology examination.

During the popular case review sessions, Malcolm Shupeck, M.D., F.A.C.S., Associate Medical Director, will present selected cases with Stephen J. Pomeranz, M.D. Each case will be discussed with particular teaching points that supplement the course lectures, and the reports generated will be distributed to all attendees.
