Zusammenfassung: The aim of the conference is to bring together researchers and scientists working in the fields of pure mathematics, applied mathematics, mathematics education and statistics. The proposed technical program of the conference will include contributed talks and keynote lectures.

Zusammenfassung: The conference is organized by the Bialystok Branch of the Polish Mathematical Society. Besides the plenary session, four special sessions are planned: Algebra, Applications of Mathematics in Economy and Finance, Control Theory and Dynamical Systems, Mathematical Foundations of Computer Science. Participants are expected to give a talk in one of these sessions.

Zusammenfassung: The Conference is a centennial celebration of the 'Alexandru Myller' Mathematical Seminar of the 'Al. I. Cuza' University of Iasi. This celebration is also part of the anniversary of 150 years from the foundation of the University of Iasi. The Mathematical Seminar was founded in 1910 by the late Professor A. Myller, who obtained his Ph.D. degree at Göttingen in 1907. Mathai, a world renown mathematician and statistician with seminal achievements in mathematical statistics, applied statistics, probability, astrophysics, and information theory.
