Zusammenfassung: The Singapore International Chemical Conference is a biennial conference dedicated to promoting advances in chemistry. The SICC-6 is the sixth in this series of conferences and aims to reflect on the significant scientific developments in Chemical Synthesis: Creativity and Applications.

Chemical synthesis, from nano-, macro- to mega-scales, has provided the many molecules and compounds driving key research efforts in the fields of biomedical sciences, electronics and materials development that are among the major economic pillars worldwide. To a smaller but meaningful extent, creative design of theoretically interesting molecules continues to be of special interest and challenge. The SICC-6 will provide a great opportunity for participants to interact and exchange ideas on creativity in chemical synthesis and advancing applications of the products. The conference will also be a good platform to foster potential future collaborations among the participants.
