Zusammenfassung: The conference will be devoted both to theoretical and applied aspects of Operator Theory and their interactions. The IWOTA workshops bring together mathematicians and engineers working in operator theory and its applications to related fields, ranging from classical analysis, differential and integral equations, complex and harmonic analysis to mathematical physics, mathematical system and control theory, signal processing and numerical analysis.

Zusammenfassung: The conference will be held in the Institut Pertanian Bogor, Indonesia and is organized by MSMSSEA in affiliation with Dept of Statistics and Dept of Mathematics - . There will be several invited speakers who will deliver recent development of statistics, mathematics, and quantitative methods in general.

Zusammenfassung: The 9th International Pure Mathematical Conference 2008 (9th IPMC 2008) is the 9th international conference in the series of Pure Mathematics Conferences that take place in Islamabad every year in August. It is a thematic conference on Algebra, Geometry, and Analysis held under the auspices of the Pakistan Mathematical Society ( http://www.pakms.org.pk ). There will be free housing for foreign participants. Some travel grants are available for foreign speakers.

Zusammenfassung: The 39th AIMC will be held at Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman Under the auspices of Iranian Mathematical Society in Kerman (a beautiful and historical city), during 24-27 August, 2008. This conference includes invited speakers and presentations of submitted research papers. All areas listed on the cover of Mathematical Reviews, are partitioned in 12 branches by the scientific committee for grouping presentations as follows: Algebra, Analysis, Combinatorics and Graph Theory, Computer Sciences and Logic, Control theory and Optimization, Differential Equation and Dynamical Systems, Fuzzy Mathematics, Geometry and Topology, Mathematical Education, Numerical Analysis, Probability and Statistics, and other areas of mathematics not listed above.

Zusammenfassung: A number of evolutionary equations, arising from problems in physical and life sciences, generate systems whose status in infinite dimensional phase spaces evolves in time. The study of the long-term behaviors of such systems is important in understand the system's spatio-temporal pattern formation and global continuation, and has been among major sources of motivation and applications of new development of nonlinear analysis and other mathematical theories. This Conference will focus on recent advances that address the common features and distinctions in those infinite dimensional dynamical systems generated by parabolic partial differential equations, hyperbolic partial differential equations, solitary equations, lattice differential equations, delay differential equations, and stochastic differential equations.

Zusammenfassung: The aim of the conference is to bring together the teachers, researchers and scientists working in the field of pure mathematics, applied mathematics, statistics and operation areas including operation research.

Zusammenfassung: This workshop, sponsored by AIM and the NSF, will be devoted to a theme common to irregularity of distributions, approximation theory, probability theory and harmonic analysis. In each of these subjects, there are outstanding conjectures in dimensions three and higher that stipulate that functions which satisfy certain conditions on its mixed derivative are necessarily large in sup norm. This workshop will survey these conjectures, seeking both commonalities and differences, describe recent advances, and discuss proof techniques and strategies.

Zusammenfassung: ICIAM 2011 will highlight the most recent advances in the discipline and demonstrate their applicability to science, engineering and industry. In addition to the traditional, strong focus on applied mathematics, the congress will emphasize industrial applications and computational science. Industrial mathematics will be featured prominently through an integrated program which will highlight the many outstanding contributions of applied mathematics. ICIAM 2011 will also be an opportunity to demonstrate to young researchers and graduate students the vast potential of mathematics.
