This freely configurable and extensible list allows the conference organizer to record the individual status of each participant. It might relate to the payment status (as in the screenshot) or it might be used to record any other applicable data item (Participation has been confirmed, participant has been selected for a special reward, special conditions have been granted, etc.).
Apart from the itemized list, there is also a private (not visible to the participants) text field where comments about each participant can be stored in free text format.
