Résumé: Zur Sicherung der Qualität und Wirksamkeit eines Arzneimittels auf dem Weg zum Anwender bilden die regulatorischen Vorgaben zur Guten Lagerpraxis einen wichtigen Mosaikstein. Mit dem 2002 veröffentlichten 'Guide to Good Storage Practice for Pharmaceuticals' hat die WHO Anforderungen an das Personal, Räumlichkeiten und Einrichtungen, Lagerungsbedingungen etc. festgelegt. Dabei werden auch die Vorgänge der Vermittlung von Arzneimitteln beschrieben. Ziel Ziel des Trainings ist es, den Teilnehmern eine ausführliche und breit gefächerte Basisinformation zum Thema der Guten Vertriebspraxis (inkl. Lagerung und Transport) zu verschaffen. Internationale Regelwerke sowie die nationale Gesetzgebung sind den Teilnehmern nach dem Seminar bekannt. Sie erhalten einen Überblick über die Rolle ihrer Tätigkeiten im gesamten Logistikprozess und kennen ihren Beitrag zur Qualitätssicherung. Anforderungen an Lagerräume sowie die Lagerverwaltung werden aufgezeigt.

Résumé: This Education Course is mainly concerned with the contents of international guidance documents and the draft of Annex 2 and special points which must be considered with regard to the development and production of bio-pharmaceuticals to assure the GMP compliance. It covers the topics of routine and pre-approval inspection, registration in the field of biosimilars as well as in QC laboratory and production. Furthermore the experience of biotech manufacturers as well as contract manufacturers will be highlighted by means of samples of clinical trial biologicals and fill and finish production. The introduction to the new biotech facility and following site visit shows the practical implementation of GMP requirements.
