Résumé: The conference is organized by the Bialystok Branch of the Polish Mathematical Society. Besides the plenary session, four special sessions are planned: Algebra, Applications of Mathematics in Economy and Finance, Control Theory and Dynamical Systems, Mathematical Foundations of Computer Science. Participants are expected to give a talk in one of these sessions.

Résumé: The aim of the conference is to bring together people with an interest in mathematics and its applications to consider current issues in the subject. The conference topics will cover research topics in mathematics; public understanding of mathematics and industrial applications of mathematics. These topics will be of interest to both mathematicians and those working with mathematicians as the presentations will address the impact of the work rather than emphasise its technical nature. The conference will give an opportunity for informal discussion between people who are interested in a variety of areas in mathematics.

Résumé: In celebration of its twenty-fifth year, Budapest Semesters in Mathematics will host a gala reunion and mathematics conference in Budapest for BSM alumni, mathematicians who wrote letters of recommendation for them, and those people who have supported the program over the past quarter century.

Résumé: The Conference is a centennial celebration of the 'Alexandru Myller' Mathematical Seminar of the 'Al. I. Cuza' University of Iasi. This celebration is also part of the anniversary of 150 years from the foundation of the University of Iasi. The Mathematical Seminar was founded in 1910 by the late Professor A. Myller, who obtained his Ph.D. degree at Göttingen in 1907. Besides a general session dedicated to the history of the Mathematical Seminar, there will be several sessions on the basic branches of Mathematics listing both invited and contributed presentations.

Résumé: The conference is organized at the occasion of the 75th birthday of A.M. Mathai, a world renown mathematician and statistician with seminal achievements in mathematical statistics, applied statistics, probability, astrophysics, and information theory. The conference will schedule invited and contributed papers in all these research fields.
