| Résumé | Der steigende internationale Wettbewerbsdruck erfordert erhöhte innovative Entwicklungstätigkeit mit stetig verbessertem Kosten-Leistungsnutzen. Dies bedingt, dass die Entwickler bestrebt sein müssen, die von ihnen ausgelösten und verantworteten Prozess-, Fertigungs- und Montagekosten möglichst gering zu halten. Das erfordert einerseits hohe schöpferische Kreativität, andererseits aber auch fundiertes Wissen über die Kostenzusammenhänge, um Entwicklungsrichtung sofort zielführend einschlagen zu können. Beim Abschätzen von Herstellkosten helfen dem Konstrukteur einfache und schnelle Kurzkalkulationsverfahren oder Kennzahlen, mit denen sich Ist-Zustände für fast alle Fertigungs- und Montageprinzipien abschätzen lassen. Eine Kostenoptimierung ist aber nur aus einer Gesamtsicht zwischen Leistungsanforderungen, Konzept, Bauprinzip, Systemgrenzen und Stückzahl erfolgreich. Vor diesem Hintergrund soll das Seminar vertiefte Grundkenntnisse vermitteln, welche frühzeitig fundierte Entscheidungen ermöglichen und die Basis legen für dauerhaftes kostengerechtes Vorgehen. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt ist daher das Aufzeigen von Regeln und deren Diskussion an Beispielen und Fallstudien.
