Résumé: Conference Theme: "Enhancing Understanding and Constructing Knowledge in Mathematics with Technology"

The ATCM 2008 is an international conference held in Thailand that will continue addressing technology-based issues in all Mathematical Sciences. Thanks to advanced technological tools such as computer algebra systems (CAS), interactive and dynamic geometry, and hand-held devices, the effectiveness of our teaching and learning, and the horizon of our research in mathematics and its applications continue to grow rapidly. The aim of this conference is to provide a forum for educators, researchers, teachers and experts in exchanging information regarding enhancing technology to enrich mathematics learning, teaching and research at all levels. English is the official language of the conference. There will be over 300 participants coming from over 26 countries around the world. Be sure to submit your abstracts or full papers in time.

Résumé: The e-CASE conference has become a major international event for researchers, academics, industry specialists, practitioners, and graduate students interested in the advances in, and applications of, e-Commerce, e-Administration, e-Society, and e-Education. At e-CASE's annual conference, researchers and practitioners from around the world gather together to interact, to inform, and to inspire each other. The participants will have an opportunity to present and observe the latest research results, and ideas in these areas. This conference aims to cover both technological as well as non-technological issues related to these rapidly evolving and growing areas.

Résumé: The forum will have keynote addresses, interactive discussion forums, post-forum workshops, poster sessions and networking opportunities, gala dinner and award ceremony.

Résumé: The Texas Computer Education Association (TCEA) third annual Educational Technology Research Symposium will be February 3, 2009, in Austin Texas. The event will provide a venue for educational technology researchers to present formal papers in all areas of educational technology. The registration fee for the Symposium also will entitle Symposium registrants to attend the TCEA Annual Convention and Exposition, Accelerate Technology, February 2-6, 2009.

Résumé: The eLBa 2009 conference will again focus on workplace learning, covering all kinds of different "workplaces" such as
- Schools, where the classroom is the workplace of pupils and their teachers,
- Classrooms in colleges and in vocational schools,
- University classrooms as workplaces for students and their professors,
- Workplaces in organizations such as companies, institutions, corporations etc.
Elderly people and people with special needs do need special workplaces and special workplace learning, too.
Following this, the eLBa 2009 conference scope of »workplace learning« addresses diverse topics and perspectives, technologies and theories, implementations and evaluations in the fields of computer science, pedagogy, psychology and design. Accordingly, we invite researches from different fields to contribute to eLBa 2009.

Résumé: The conference will take place at the main University Campus on the banks of the river Moselle within the beautiful city of Metz in the North East of France. The site is very accessible by road, train and plane – the nearest international airports are Luxembourg and Strasbourg. Accommodation is available both on site, and in nearby hotels. As well as the scientific programme, there will be a programme of social events and visits which will also be available to accompanying persons.
