Anybody who wants or needs to use COMS must register with the system.
Registration is conducted online, using a form similar to the one shown. Which datafields are available or required on the registration form is fully configurable by the Chair.
Users can register themselves, optionally combined with a conference registration or a paper submission.
Alternatively, users accounts can be created by the Chair or by a Conference Administrator.
