If the Chair permits the option (can be activated during specific periods of time), prospective conference participants can themselves create a COMS user account. In principle, there are three possibilities:
a - Create only a COMS user account and do everything else from within the system,
b - combine the creation of a user account with the registration for conference participation,
c - combine the creation of a user account with the submission of a conference paper and optionally register for conference participation.
In any case, users will be able to log into the system and see and maintain their data once they have obtained their user-id and password.
