Abstracts/presentation proposals are no longer being accepted for this year's IADMS Annual Conference.

Acceptance statuses of submitted abstracts/presentation proposals are available after logging in. Copies of the determination letter(s) already emailed to you are located in the "Messages" tab.

Create a new user account

To begin, simply click the "Create a new user account" link above, complete and submit your registration. You must have a user account to submit an abstract for consideration at the IADMS Annual Conference. Your account will permit you to submit abstracts, administrate your submissions online, and see the status of your submissions (when available). You may also view and modify your personal details. For accepted abstracts, you will return here to complete your final (revised) abstract.

In mid-April, statuses of abstracts/presentation proposals will be available to view here by submitting authors upon logging in to this website. Each submitting author will also be sent one email per submission/proposal status. Submitting authors have until May 1 to confirm their acceptance.


  • Presenters of accepted abstracts/presentation proposals must confirm participation in the conference as a presenter by May 1, 2019.
  • Presenters must submit a professional resume or bio for each accepted abstract/presentation by June 1, 2019.
  • Presenters must complete the applicable disclosure and agreement forms by July 1, 2019.
  • Presenters must submit an updated ("revised") abstract by July 1, 2019 for placement in the Abstract Book.
  • Presenters whose papers are accepted must complete online registration by August 1, 2019 and pay the applicable Annual Conference registration fee.
  • Presenters (except poster, movement session, and interactive workshops) must submit a final "slide" presentation file (.ppt or .pptx format) to the Annual Conference Producer electronically by October 1, 2019. Any handouts for delegates must also submitted by this date.
