Presentations

There will be a possibility to make oral or poster presentations during the conference. The participant will be asked to express their preference during the submission process. Please note that due to limited number of time slots available your preference may be altered by conference organizers.

All presentations must be delivered in English langue. No translation service will be provided.

ORAL PRESENTATION
Each presenter will be provided with adequate facilities for oral presentation: computer with USB slots and CD-ROM drive, coloured high resolution projector, large screen, laser pointer and microphone (if necessary). The recent versions of Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft PowerPoint/Acrobat Reader software will be installed. Thus the PPT, PPTX, PPS, PDF or similar slideshow formats are highly recommended. Each presenter will have approximately 10-15 minutes for oral presentation incl. short Q&A session.

POSTER PRESENTATION
Please follow the following requirements for preparing your posters:
One single sheet poster per one presentation (article);
Poster size A1 (841 × 594 mm), landscape oriented;
Poster could be colored, greyscale or black & white;
Please use the appropriate sizes of text fonts and figures. Text, formulas, schemes, pictures, etc. should be clearly visible from the distance of 1-2 meters. Graphical information (not the text) should occupy the major part of the poster.
Conference organizers will provide participants with the appropriate vertical surfaces (walls or stands) and poster fixing-to-the-wall means.

 

Proceedings 

All submitted and accepted conference papers will be subjected to double-blind peer review. 
We intend to publish conference proceeding in the electronic format only (on-line). 
The proceedings will be submitted to main international scientific databases (Clarivate Analythics and Scopus) for possible indexing.
