Preparing your presentation

Dear Participant,

Please find below our instructions for preparing electronic posters and oral presentations and conform with these.

Electronic poster

• Size A0 (1189 mm x 841 mm)
• Aspect ratio 16:9
• Layout: portrait
• File format: PDF
• Posters will be ready for your session time on the screens (given you prior to the conference when the final program is confirmed)

Oral presentation

• The number of slides is not limited, but in preparing your presentation, please consider your presentation time frame 15-20 minutes.
• Your presentation should involve at minimum the following slides/information about the research:
  • Background
  • Methodology
  • Findings
  • Discussion
  • Conclusions
• File format: PowerPoint or PDF

The deadline for uploading your poster or oral presentation to the conference platform is on Oct. 10^th. By following our guidance you enable us to be ready for the sessions in time and without problems and to provide you with a great conference experience. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
