HRO Professional Development — To Err is Human: Human Factors in Patient Safety
14 Sep 2018 • Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
You are cordially invited to join To Err is Human: Human Factors in Patient Safety Seminar on Friday the 14th of September 2018. We are looking forward to welcoming you at the Park Rotana Hotel in the beautiful city of Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates. Our theme, Healthcare Heroes, celebrates clinicians’ unique ability to prevent errors and harm and, at the same time, recognises that healthcare professionals are also imperfect human beings. This timely seminar pursues the essence of human factors and patient safety, and delivers practical information and actionable ideas to clinicians at the sharp end. This highly recommended seminar is accredited for 6.5 CME by Department of Health, Abu Dhabi and was developed with the support of, and in collaboration with, the Clinical Human Factors Group and West Midlands Patient Safety Collaborative (UK). In global healthcare, human factors and ergonomics are now recognised as integral to patient safety, staff wellbeing and system performance.
