The 4th edition of the Quantum Matter International Conference – QUANTUMatter 2024 (San Sebastian, Spain) – aims at gathering the various communities engaged in the science and technologies of quantum information and quantum matter, to foster the incubation of new ideas & collaborations at the forefront of quantum technologies, emerging quantum materials and novel generations of quantum communication protocols, quantum sensing and quantum simulation. Quantum Information and Quantum Matter are two components of revolutionary treatments of information, which are becoming cornerstones for discovering and implementing disruptive paradigms in quantum computation and quantum technologies.

Time-dependent density-functional theory (TDDFT) has now emerged as a well established discipline, even if active developments are still ongoing. This school and workshop will cover the recent developments of TDDFT. With the workshop, we will bring together speakers from different backgrounds, covering many aspects of TDDFT. This edition of the workshop is however a bit special, as it is its 10th anniversary. We are therefore aiming at bringing together the speakers of the very first edition of the Benasque workshop series.
