Price List: Conference Online-Management System (COMS)

In order to use COMS for your event, you only need to pay a one-time set-up fee. The system will be available to you from the time of the order until 2 months after the event has finished. You are in full control and can determine during which time intervals registration or paper submissions are permitted. After the event has finished, you can still use the system to export data to your local system. Support by email and phone is included in the price.

Event with up to 100 participants or not-for-profit academic event200 EUR
We offer your conference delegates and the members of the Program Committee the same support and convenience that is usually only associated with larger events. The timesaving for the Chair will be significant.

Event with more than to 200 participants580 EUR
COMS has been performance optimised and is able to handle large events. On request we can set up a test system with as many dummy registrations and paper submissions as you expect for your event. That way you can evaluate the system under full-load conditions before you commit yourself.

The quoted prices do not include the value added tax (VAT).
