Nach diesem Seminar werden Sie in der Lage sein, rotor- und strukturdynamische Zusammenhänge zu verstehen, selbstständig rotordynamische Analysen während und nach der Produktentwicklung durchzuführen, viele Probleme im Praxisbetrieb Ihrer Rotoren rechtzeitig zu erkennen und Lösungsvorschläge zur Problembeseitigung zu erarbeiten.

Im ersten Teil des Seminars erhalten Sie einen Überblick über die Grundlagen und Phänomene reiberregter Schwingungen. Ausgehend von den physikalischen Vorgängen im Gleitkontakt werden hierzu elementare Modellierungsansätze dargestellt, die ein Verständnis der grundlegenden Erregungsmechanismen erlauben. Neben Mechanismen, die das stationäre Gleiten von Kontaktpartnern destabilisieren, werden auch Phänomene dargestellt, die sich aus den Nichtlinearitäten des Struktur- und Reibsystems ergeben. Im zweiten Teil des Seminars sollen Sie ausgehend von diesen konzeptionellen Ansätzen in die Lage versetzt werden, gezielte experimentelle oder numerische Untersuchungen zur Analyse reiberregter Schwingungen durchzuführen, die Ergebnisse der Untersuchungen zu interpretieren und in speziellen Anwendungen (z.B. Reibungsbremsen) konstruktive Abhilfemaßnahmen zur Vermeidung reiberregter Schwingungen zu definieren.

Zusammenfassung:
Die Teilnehmer lernen Verfahren speziell für die Diagnose von Elektromotoren kennen, mit deren Hilfe Schädigungen an Rotorstäben und Wicklungen diagnostiziert werden können. Ebenso werden Möglichkeiten der detaillierten Diagnose von Verzahnungen in Getrieben erläutert. Einen weiteren Schwerpunkt bildet die Strukturuntersuchung von Antriebssträngen. Ziel ist es hierbei, die Ursachen häufig wiederkehrender Maschinenausfälle zu finden. An zahlreichen Praxisbeispielen werden vertiefende Techniken zur Bestimmung des Zustands erklärt und die notwendigen schwingungs- und maschinenbautechnischen Zusammenhänge nachvollziehbar dargestellt.

Zusammenfassung:
Use of wind energy is paramount in the context of the production of electrical energy. The establishment of this production system requires in part a judicious choice of the site of implantation of the devices making up this system. This choice is based on the complexity and the multitude of hypotheses proposed. In order to help design this system, our work consists in implementing a methodology for analyzing and structuring the preliminary design problem without resorting to expensive methods (study and expertise). This approach makes it possible, through the use of functional analysis tools and the analysis of functional flows, to acquire solution models at a given level of description of the system.
