Abstract	BIT Congress, Inc. is pleased to announce that the 1st Annual Conference and Exhibition of Petroleum Greentech (WCPG-2011), will be held October 19-22, 2011 at the World Exposition Center in Dalian, China with the theme ¡°A Dedicated Event for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction of Petroleum Industry¡±. The purpose of WCPG-2011 is to provide a world-class meeting place for information exchange and trade fair to promote petroleum green-tech. This initiative will help meet the challenges and demands of societies to develop new strategies and methodologies to economize energy and reduce emissions under international standards. It will offer greater opportunities to stimulate the growth of practical and operational measurements. The conference will be presented through a keynote forum, interactive sessions, state of the art lectures, extended talks, poster sessions, and an exhibition. It will cover topics such as regulation, policy, incentive and management, petroleum energy conservation devices and equipment, clean production innovation, safety technology and equipment, emission trade, business development and financing vehicles, petroleum emission reduction, and recycling technology and economy etc.
