Abstract The leading water and wastewater technology forum in Russia, CIS and Eastern Europe. The excellent marketing platform for water and wastewater business development, introducing new technologies and market players to local market, set-up of new projects and cooperation ties. It is a key event for manufacturers and vendors, service providers, utilities, representatives of international companies, research and consulting companies.

There are four other exhibitions (brands) under ECWATECH forum: CityPipe "Piping systems for municipal infrastructure: construction, diagnostics, repair and operation", CityTherm “Central Heating Systems”, "No-Dig Moscow" – Installation and repair of underground utilities using Trenchless technologies and BW Show "Water bottling and bottled waters".

In 2010 ECWATECH attracted 739 exhibitors, including 233 international from 28 countries on 14 497 sq. m. (net). Another important figure of 2010 – the number of trade visitors increased to 12642 (instead of 11680 in previous edition). Organisers expect ECWATECH-2012 to attract the cream of local and international companies with the best technologies and products.

 LocationHolderness, NH, United States
 Organizer Gordon Research Conferences
Abstract The 2012 Gordon Research Conference on "Environmental Sciences: Water" will continue its long tradition of surveying priority and emerging issues across all aspects of aquatic environmental science. The scope will span multiple disciplines (chemistry, biology, geology, engineering, health science), media (soil, groundwater, surface water, atmospheric water, drinking water, wastewater), and scales (molecular, nano, cellular, ecosystem, global). This year, the unifying theme will be the scientific "grand challenges" that form the foundations and, at the same time, the frontiers of aquatic environmental science. These grand challenges, which include topics related to free radical reactions, natural organic matter, nanoparticles, biotransformation, reactive transport and surface chemistry, will provide the general themes for each session. Overall, the program will highlight the crosscutting significance of these grand challenges through sessions that represent the depth and breadth of each grand challenge issue with speakers engaged in innovative and significant research on diverse aspects to environmental aquatic science.

Abstract Water is full of surprises! Water colors our planet, quenches our thirst, and stimulates our imagination. Understanding the fundamental principles governing the structure and dynamics of water - and particularly how water mediates chemical interactions and processes - continues to pose formidable challenges and yield abundant surprises. The focus of this Gordon Research Conference is on identifying key questions, describing emerging understandings, and unveiling surprising discoveries related to water and aqueous solutions.
