abstract: Prax-Workshop für Hersteller und Zulieferer Das Elektro- und Elektronikgerätegesetz (ElektroG) ist am 24. März 2005 in Kraft getreten. Alle Hersteller mussten sich bei der Gemeinsamen Stelle registrieren lassen, damit sie (weiterhin) Elektrogeräte auf den Markt bringen dürfen. Seit März 2006 sind die Hersteller verpflichtet, die gesammelten Geräte zurückzunehmen und nach dem Stand der Technik sicher zu entsorgen. Zudem dürfen bestimmte Schwermetalle wie Blei und Cadmium oder bromierte Flammschutzmittel in neuen Geräten nicht mehr eingesetzt werden. Doch noch sind viele Fragen offen: Was müssen Hersteller und Zulieferer bei der Umsetzung des ElektroG in der Praxis beachten? Was ist zu tun für die Registrierung bei der Gemeinsamen Stelle? Wie lässt sich sicherstellen, dass die Stoffverbote eingehalten werden? Die eintägige Fachveranstaltung gibt Ihnen einen Überblick über die Inhalte des ElektroG und ihre Umsetzung sowie die Auswirkungen auf die betriebliche Praxis.
