A plenary session will emphasize possible side effects and complication of laser uses, comparison between laser/light sources and traditional tools, drugs, instrumentation, and the scientific bases of nonsurgical laser-biomodulation. The main focus is on the correct use and the safety norms of laser technology rather than theoretical research/scientific skills. Prior to and during the conference 11 basic courses offering some hands-on experience will be available.
