Zusammenfassung: The International Conference on Advanced Computing and Communication (ICACC-2010) aims to bring engineers, academicians, scientists, industry researchers and students to exchange and share their experiences and research results about all aspects of Computer and Communication Engineering, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted. Amal Jyothi College of Engineering is pleased to invite authors to submit their papers to ICACC-2010, addressing issues that serve present and future development of the field.

Zusammenfassung: The advances in wireless communication technologies and the proliferation of mobile devices have enabled the realization of intelligent environments for people to communicate with each other, interact with information-processing devices, and receive a wide range of mobile wireless services through various types of networks and systems everywhere, at any time. A key enabler of this pervasive and ubiquitous connectivity environment is the advancement of software technology in various communication sectors, ranging from communication middleware and operating systems to networking protocols and applications.

The 2010 edition of MOBILWARE will be the first time to move out of Europe. We plan to further diversify the representation of key organizers and expand the community of industrial and academic researchers fruitfully exchanging novel ideas and operational experiences in the field. MOBILWARE 2010 is dedicated to addressing emerging topics and challenges in various mobile wireless software-related areas. The scope of the conference is the design, implementation, deployment, and evaluation of middleware, operating systems, and applications for computing and communications in mobile wireless systems. It aims to provide a high profile, leading edge forum for researchers, engineers, and standards developers to present their latest research activities, techniques, and experiences in the area of software technology for mobile wireless systems.

Zusammenfassung: Wireless communications have remained one of the most vibrant and stimulating areas in driving forward the Information and Communications Technology. The tomorrow’s picture of networks and communications appears as the convergence of diversified networks, integration of IP based core network and flexible robust wireless access, self-organization and self-management, on-demand service-oriented architectures, to just mention a few striking characteristics.

WCF 2010 provides a premier forum for researchers and engineers alike to present state-of-the-art research and development advances in all areas related to architecture, design, implementation, application and evaluation of wireless communications.

Zusammenfassung: The IADIS Wireless Applications and Computing 2010 conference addresses several themes related to theory and practice within wireless networks, computing and application related areas. Enormous developments in wireless technologies made in recent years enabled both researchers and industry to create new, innovative wireless and mobile application and services, protocols, middleware platforms and application frameworks. Corresponding research is related to all communication layers, but also includes application-related topics, theoretical results and non-technical issues. Main topics have been identified. However, innovative contributions that don’t fit into these areas will also be considered since they might be of benefit to conference attendees.

Zusammenfassung: IADIS Telecommunications, Networks and Systems 2010 conference covers theory, design and application of computer and telecommunication networks and systems. During recent years there has been an impressive increase in the use of networked applications and networks are now key resources in any information system configuration. Wireless and fixed-line networks complemented by a growing range of mobile devices are having a significant impact on the way we run our lives and our businesses.

Zusammenfassung: Ambient Intelligence is a concept envisioning information society in the future. In AmI, the attention is focused on four major aspects: User Friendliness, Effectiveness, Distributed support and Interactivity. AmI is based on utmost integration of information and communication technologies to the environment so that from the point of view of the user it is absolutely non-essential with what technologies he/she is interacting; with how many applications how many applications are in contact; how the applications are related and how the applications cooperate. In fact, the user might not be even aware that he/she is interacting with technology or applications at all.
