Abstract	The 1st International Conference on Advanced Information Technology and Sensor Application (AITS 2012) will be held on February 28-29, 2012, Yuseong Hotel, Daejeon, Korea. We are pleased to invite you to submit your papers for the ?Special Session on Spectrum Management and Cognitive Radio Networking (SMCRN)?. All papers accepted and registered will be included in conference proceedings published by SERSC. All papers accepted and registered will be included in the journal indexed by SCOPUS and SCIE after revision. In this special session, we would like to discuss about the latest research trend, achievements and future directions. Original and unpublished contributions that are not currently under review are solicited in this session.
