The International Congress will consist of three individual conferences focusing on current areas of research in optics and optical technology: high-intensity lasers and high-field phenomena, questions concerning the processing of quantum information, and the ultrafast dynamics of molecular and crystalline structures.

Who should attend? This course is directed to employees of small and medium sized companies, intending to im-prove their products by the application of nanomaterials or are determined to develop new ones based on nanomaterials. The second group to attend the course are new co-workers of companies, universities or research institutes who want to shorten the time to get the neces-sary knowledge on nanomaterials or those who want to broaden their knowledge in this group of materials.

The conference host country is Ukraine that gives an opportunity to attend it for the researchers from former USSR, because of financial reasons. In order to provide deeper integration the Science of these countries into the World Research Area, the Conference Organizing Team applies a lot of efforts to popularize it in the world, to involve the participants from many countries and to invite a renowned scientist as an invited speakers.
