| Zusammenfassung: The aim of the workshop is two-fold. On the one hand, we would like to bring together the present and prospective MINIBALL user community as well as researchers active at other similar projects to review the status of MINIBALL, its experimental programme at REX-ISOLDE, GSI- Darmstadt, IKP-Köln and other places, and to discuss future plans and new ideas with the present set-up. On the other hand, the workshop will act as a platform to discuss possibilities that are becoming available with the HIE-ISOLDE project. The latter project aims at improving the radioactive beam intensity and purity, and at increasing its energy from the present 3 MeV/u to 10 MeV/u. |
